I design in sterling silver, argentium silver, copper, brass, leather, gemstones, fine glass beads, freshwater pearls, and most recently, polymer clay. Earrings, Bracelets, Necklaces. I love designing and crafting jewelry, and I'm drawn to working with a variety of materials, including various metals, unusual gemstones, fine beads, freshwater pearls, leather, and other distinctive components. My metal jewelry—sterling silver, argentium silver, copper and brass—utilizes a variety of techniques including forming, texturing, riveting, antiquing/oxidizing, and stamping with both metal stamps, and rubber stamps using archival, acid free ink.

I seek out the unusual and am always excited to discover something new and different to add to my jewelry designs. I very much enjoy combining unexpected colors and textures, and using various materials together. I hope I've succeeded in putting into my jewelry the lightness, joy, and magic I feel while creating it.

Silver wire and wire work is sterling silver or argentium silver.* Head pins, eye pins and ear wires are sterling silver, argentium silver, 14k gold filled, or hypoallergenic niobium. Measurements for earrings are from the top of the ear wire to the bottom of the earring. Metal jewelry is finished with Renaissance Wax, which is used by museums to preserve artifacts. This wax helps protect against tarnish and corrosion caused by handling and environmental effects. Ink-stamped metal is finished with a sealant. Please do not use jewelry polish or polishing cloths on mixed metal or metal ink-stamped jewelry.

Memory wire bracelets incorporate a variety of smaller beads used together including Czech fire-polished glass, gemstones, freshwater pearls, argentium and sterling silver, which allow for more color and texture. There are also several that are perfect for hard to find smaller wrist sizes. The size of memory wire bracelets is based on the inner circumference of the various wires used, plus the size of the beads in the design. Different sizes will fit wrists differently. Bracelets can be worn as bangles or closer on the wrist. I've given an idea of the sizes, but feel free to convo me with any questions.

*Argentium silver, because it contains a small percentage of germanium in place of the copper, has the advantage of being virtually tarnish-free!

Thank you for visiting.
